Whether you currently are a fitness enthusiast or are a self-professed couch potato interested in getting active, the high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions at Orangetheory Fitness have been designed for all levels of fitness.
Orangetheory group sessions offer a great full body workout that will challenge you. Our trainers will lead you through multiple intervals of treadmill training, indoor rowing, TRX suspension training, weight training blocks, and floor exercises in which, on average, one can burn between 500-1,000 calories per session.
Our 5-zone heart rate interval training sessions have been designed to increase your metabolism and energy when you keep your heart rate within a specified range. When you can do this, you’ll experience what we call the Orange Effect: More energy, visible toning, and extra calorie burn for up to a day and a half after your Orangetheory gym workout.
Our highly experienced gym trainers are committed to your personal fitness goals and will help you along the way. If your goals are performance related, you can expect to see an increase of power, speed, and strength after your first 2 weeks of attending 2-4 sessions/week. If your goals are weight loss related, you can expect to see an approximate loss of 3-5 pounds/week when attending 3-5 sessions/week, as long as you are also including proper nutrition.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
